Sweet Blossoms & Newsletter Question

January 17th, 2008 | Posted by Nicole Seitler in Blog News | Layouts | New Releases

Two things–first, I have a new poll for you because I have a question. If you’re a regular blog reader, would you mind answering this for me:

If I had a shop newsletter, would you subscribe to it?

Thanks!

The reason I’ve been debating this is that I don’t want to create a newsletter that ends becoming something called “bac’n”–e-mail that’s not spam (because you signed up for it) but it still ends up annoying you anyway. I get bac’n from stores like Pottery Barn, Yankee Candle, Amazon and other places I’ve signed up for. I don’t really know why, but they annoy me when they show up on my in-box. Then I get newsletters that I read every word of from stores like IKEA, O’Scraps, the Sweet Shoppe and Recollections. So, I guess there are pros and cons to newsletters… please let me know your thoughts!

Also, I wanted to show you something I created today! There’s a new embellishment pack in the Sugarplum Shop:

Sweet Blossoms

Here’s a layout I made with the blossoms because I was so excited to try them out:

Sweet and Sassy

These papers are from the Summer Sorbet mini kit (which, don’t forget, is just $1.00!). Click on the layout to leave me some love at MSA!

I was just so excited, I just had to share! Hope you like them…

Happy scrapping!

Well about newsletter… I am not nut about it… depend on what it is about… and I agreed with you about other place newspaper.. that I am sick of getting it from… like Circuit City, Target, ebay, etc…

I do like to read about ideas and tricks of scrapbook but other than that… just not exact fan of newsletter.
