Make your own 2009 CD Calendar

TAGS: None

Hi everyone, it’s Kristie (kcherrie)! Have you ever wanted to make one of those cute CD calendars? Well, I’ve made a 2009 calendar ready for you to digi-scrap with some of your favorite Sugarplum Paperie goodies!

First, here are the calendars that I made for you using my MacFonts. The page is already sized for you, so all you will need to do now is scrap up each month and print them out! You can fit 2 on one 8.5 x 11 page if you turn them sideways.

Once they’re printed, cut them out and open up your CD case, carefully turning the front cover towards the back cover. Place your photo in the cover. It’s just that easy!

Here’s my example using the China Blue kit.

I’d love to see your pages, so please leave me a link!

I too have a Mac and wondered what fonts you did use. These are super and I hope to make them myself too.

Thanks so much for this download! I have been wanting to make one of these for a long time but never got around to looking up the specs.

I am about halfway through 2009; I will post to DST when I’m done. Does anyone know how to post images to the gallery when they’re not 600×600?

Great idea! I’m going to make a few of these for gifts. So far I haven’t been able to download, as 4shared keeps telling me “Server downloading session limit is reached. Please try again in a few minutes.” I think that particular server must be down, as I have tried all morning. Maybe tomorrow…

Courtney, the 600 x 600 is just a maximum on many sites. You can post smaller images, or for example, 450 x 600. If your image is over 600 in either dimension, you just resize proportionally. Upload the same way you would any other time. A few sites don’t have a size limit, but may have a byte limit.

Thank you. I made one of these about 4 years ago. It was very simple w/pics from a Gatlinburg TN autumn vacation. Recently I’ve had a lot of hints about making others as Christmas gifts. This will certainly help!
