Hmmm…favorite thing… It’s so hard to remember when it’s 70-ish, gray, and raining (and has been all season so far!). So I guess I’ll go with the blue skies. Oh, how I miss them!!!!!

The sneak preview is lovely. I cannot tell a lie. I don’t like much about summer at all. I’m in Texas where we’ve had only two days under 100 since the beginning of June (and those were 98 and 99). The temps for the next four days are forecast to be between 104 and 108 every day. The yard and the garden as well as most anything which should be growing have been turned over to the heat and the grasshoppers. I do like the longer days, and yes, it’s nice to be able to cool off in a pool. Otherwise, I’m counting down the days until October.
I like the sun and the long days and eating dinner out doors.
My favorite thing about summer is my birthday! It is in July…lol
Fruit and veggies straight from the garden – any strawberries I get are a bonus as the kids seem to get there first!
