Friday Flashback – ABCs & 123s
September 2nd, 2011 | Posted by in Shop SalesHello! And Happy September to you. Welcome to the Friday Flashback! Every 1st Friday of the month, we’ll be taking a look back a great kit—a blast from the past—that my creative team thinks you’ll enjoy. A natural choice for September was the ABCs & 123s collection from last year:
In many ways, I’m so very fond of this kit because it was a stretch (creating a themed kit) and a turning point for me as a designer. I had a clear picture in mind and instead of haphazardly putting together a palette, some papers and word art, I had a plan! And I got there! I still look at this kit and smile, thinking of my own personal struggles. I love how it all turned out.
Included in this collection, you’ll find 14 patterned and plain papers, 33 elements (including paper pieces, flowers, ribbons, word art and more) and a collection of stamps (each saved in a coordinating dark brown, light brown and plain black .png files). Also included in this kit is a set of 5 lowercase alphas in red, yellow, cream, green and teal each with an ampersand and a set of numbers 0-9.
This collection is also available as separate paper and element packs. You’ll save when you purchase the entire kit together!
Save 30% off the ABCs & 123s collection now through Sunday! (No special coupon needed.)
The girls on my creative team have revisited this collection and I have some beautiful layouts to show you today! First up is one from Joy:
