I hope you feel inspired to get your heart out on to a page or stay something encouraging to yourself on canvas. We all could use a little kindness—and most often the person we are the cruelest to is the person in the mirror… be nice to yourself! And make a fun artsy page to remind yourself what’s really true while you’re at it.
