Creative Monday : Must Have Valentine’s Day Kits!

January 28th, 2013 | Posted by Nicole Seitler in Layouts

Okay… so I confess. I haven’t actually made a Valentine’s Day kit in years! Like… probably THREE years or more. If you’ve read my blog for awhile now, you’ll be familiar with my general aversion to themes. LOL!

So, I asked my creative team girls to share with you today their ideas for using different Sugarplum kits to make a lovey-dovey page! Let’s take a look at what they’ve done.

First, an obvious choice for a lovey-dovey kit would be the new Little Things collection, since it’s all about love! Here’s a pretty page from Susanne, using The Little Things:

And Zora also used The Little Things on her pretty page:

Here’s a beautiful page from Rachel using a mix of The Little Things and Hold You In My Heart for a totally new look:

Here’s a layout from Maria using Lions, Tigers and Bears (a kit all about stuffed animals! LOL!):

Kaye used Sweet As Apple Pie (a fall collection!) for her page:

Mixing in Heart Art pieces was also popular with the creative team! Majda used Patisserie and some Heart Art for her pretty page:

And Sherly used Treasured Moments and Heart Art for her lovely page:

And Jen mixed Heart Art with Math in my Jammies on her page:

Last, but not least, another favorite kit with the creative team was Home for the Holidays! Here’s a layout from May using this Christmas kit:

And one from Melanie:

Aren’t these all so creative?! It’s easy to use just about any Sugarplum kit or collab into a Valentine’s Day page!

I hope you’ve enjoyed all this inspiration today. I hope you feel inspired to make a lovey-dovey page of your own! If you do make a page using one of these collections in a new way, link me up! I’d love to see it—and you never know what you might receive!

Happy Scrapping!
