WHO: Hello! My name is Nicole Seitler. I’m a stay-at-home homeschoolin’ mom to 4 wonderful kiddos. When my life is not overrun by that huge endeavor, I do freelance graphic design work, either creating paper and digital scrapbooking kits or lettering comics with my hubby! I’m a Florida native, born and raised in the Sunshine State. After college, I moved around the East Coast for a few years, until my husband and I decided to move our little family back to my hometown of Sarasota in 2009.

WHAT: Sugarplum Paperie is a dream of mine that came to life in 2007. It all started when I stumbled on to the wonderful world of Digital Scrapbooking one day and had a nagging urge to learn how to make my own beautiful papers and elements. That summer, I started a blog as my own posting place to share some of the things I made as I discovered more and more and more about digital design. I opened my own little shop on Digital Scrapbooking Day, November 3, 2007. My designing journey led me to be a part of some great online shops (The Digichick, The Sweet Shoppe, Pixels & Co. and The Digital Press). I am thankful to have had a chance to work with so many amazing people along the way. Now I sell my designs here in my own shop and also on Etsy.

WHERE: You can find my designs for sale here in the Sugarplum Shop. I also sell lots of pretty paper packs and note card sets on Etsy (many of which you won’t find in the shop here). I also create items for limited commercial use at SugarHillCo. You can also find me hanging out on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

WHY: I picked the name “Sugarplum Paperie” for sentimental reasons. When I was a little girl, my mother would call me her “Little Sugarplum.” I remember once she even ordered me a set of pencils for school that said “Sugarplum” on them. So, I’m fond of the name. As for the “Paperie” part, well—I love paper. And it’s just one of those nifty-cool words, don’t ya think? Together I think they’re just perfect: Sugarplum Paperie!

I hope you enjoy using my designs! If you have any questions or suggestions for me, feel free to send me an e-mail. And if you use any of my designs, please let me know! I’d love to see your work. Just leave me a comment or send me an e-mail.
