The Paperclipping Digi Show
I was invited to be a part of something last week that had me feeling honored, frightened, nervous and excited—all at the same time! Steph from The Daily Digi is the host of this great podcast that’s all about digital scrapbooking and I was sent an invitation to be a part of episode 12!
Past guests on the show have included Ali Edwards, C.D. Muckosky, Anna Aspnes and Liz Tamanaha… (can you see why I freaked out?!) My first thought was “Oh my gosh! Why do they want me?!” I thought for sure we’d be talking about hybrid scrapping or papercrafting (because of The Hybrid Chick)… that’s all I could think of! LOL! But it turns out, no… they just wanted me for me. Now that make me feel like a superstar!

You’ll get to hear me ramble on about my multiple personalities, lenses for SLR cameras and the topic of the day: How to do hidden journaling on a digital page. Yup! You heard that right! Took me a while to come up with an answer that was more elaborate than “Well… you can’t.” HA!

Well… I have to tell you, friends—I was shocked and so honored to received so many applications to my call for guest creative team members! It was way beyond the response I expected to receive and thus… well, I wasn’t prepared to accommodate so many talented people! I told myself that at the most, I would take on three girls for each month. I ended up with five instead. Oh, my!

This was a very hard decision for me to make—never a fun process to have to tell people no. I appreciate every application I received and I enjoyed looking over so many wonderful galleries! At this point, I believe I have replied to everyone. (If you haven’t received an answer from me, please be so kind as to let me know and I’ll get back to you right away!)
I plan to have another call in October. If you missed out on this call for guests, be sure to keep that in mind!
I’m looking forward to all the great inspiration these girls will be bringing us over the next few months. I’m sure it will make for lots of happy scrapping! 
Guest Creative Team Call
I’m having a call!
I’m looking to add a few creative guests to my team for one to three months starting in August.
REQUIREMENTS: Scrap with my new releases, at least three layouts a month. Post in four galleries of your choice.

Moving Time for Me!
Just a few notes from me:
Our family is getting ready to move (you can read more about that if you’d like to on my personal blog). I will be out of commission for the next few weeks… but I hope to have something new to share with you soon!
Also I wanted to let you know that the beautiful collab, So Grateful, can now be found at the Sugarplum shop and in my store at the Digichick.
Hope you had a wonderful Black Friday! I’m working on a little project at the Digichick that will hopefully help you get to use some of your beautiful stash in the new year… more to come on that later!

Waiting for Santa
I have a new kit in the shop today! It’s a Christmas collab with Dani Alencar. When Dani asked me if I’d like to collab with her, I said “Could you help me out? Because I feel like I just can’t make a Christmas kit!” (and I trusted her to pick some pretty colors). Well—she did!

There are 14 patterned and plain papers, 58 elements AND an alpha included in this kit! Dani has also created several adorable hand-drawn stickers for this collab.
