Happy Sparkler Day! As promised, I have some special things in store for you today! The first is a fun little freebie. And I even made my own glitter for this! Yes, I do feel special. Ha! (That glitter is very addictive, you know!) Anyway, I hope you enjoy these little sparklies:

Have fun with those!
And now, for a little something that everyone everywhere can join in celebrating… I’m having a sale in the Sugarplum shop starting now!

Save 30% off any order over $5.00 this weekend (starting today, since here in America it’s a holiday and a lot of us have the day off). Just use the coupon code happyfireworks during checkout!
From what I’ve been hearing over at DST, there are a lot of you that have certain kits on your wish list for a while now. So, I thought it was time for a little sale so that you could get your hands on them and play! Enjoy—and happy shopping!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend with friends and family. Take lots of great snapshots while you’re at it. Happy scrapping!

It’s here, it’s here! I finished it all up and it’s in the shop now. Presenting Twitter Blossoms:

The hand-drawn elements in this kit were designed so that you could play around with them to make your own patterned papers! Or you can add a drop shadow to make them into stickers and embellishments instead–-it’s all up to you!
Here are some layouts to inspire you:
Ooo! I just love these! Squee! You know, I get the comment from some people (Mari!) that I make a lot of girlie kits that they can’t play with because they have boys… so I hope this one is flexible for those of you who just have little guys. And don’t worry—I do have a boy kit in the works! I’m so excited about that one…
Well, tomorrow is the 4th of July! I’ll have a little something special for you, so be sure to check in sometime this weekend to get it. I hope you have great weekend full of photo opportunities for some happy, happy scrapping!

Hello all! I have lots of little fun things to tell you about today. The first is that my sweet hubby made me a Sugarplum Paperie page on Facebook! So, if you are on Facebook, come on over to check it out and play around! There are things to see and things to chat about. Also some news about upcoming Sugarplum Events—fun, fun! Hope to see you there!
Did you know that designers love to CT? Yup! We do! Some of us were talking about it at DST and someone I happened to have I snagged myself a CT spot in Krystal Hartley’s “Creative Ensemble!” Krystal was so kind as to invite me to come and play with her pretty designs–what an honor! I’ve been a fan of hers for quite some time now. Here’s a little page I made with her new kit, The Moody Hues: Zen:

And speaking of creative team news, at the Shanty this month we have the fabulous Amy Hutchinson of ah! Designs as our sponsor for July! We’ve been busy scrapping away with her delicious Berry Me in the Sand kit. You’ll have to stop by The Shanty to see all the beautiful layouts everyone is making! Here’s one of mine:

Well, tomorrow is “Newsletter Day”—the day were I spend all day grinding my teeth, praying that PHPlist cooperates with my hosting plan to send out my newsletter in just the right way. I’m starting to dread Thursdays… (plllbt!) Hopefully things will go through nicely. If not, then you can always check back here on the blog for the latest news! There will be a new kit in the shop, too. Yay! So, see you back here tomorrow!
Until then, happy scrapping!
Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend! Mine was full of good times with family and delicious food (summer fresh fruits and veggies—yum!), plus a little gardening and a little shopping. Busy, busy!

Oh, newsletter woes… I has them.
But my hubby is on it, determined to get under the hood and figure it all out for me so I won’t have them any more! I love that man.
Sincerest apologies if you get three copies of the darn thing! In the meantime, I have a little something I’m working on finishing up today…

The most wonderful Alice (a/k/a fa11enan9e1; yes, she’s very l33t!) has given me a little present!
You see, Alice has recently been trying her hand at making blinkies and she’s quickly become an utterly fantastic blinkie designer! She’s presented me with this, and now I want to share it with all of you! Here is my new blinkie:

If I catch you wearing it “around town” you just might find yourself the recipient of a Random Act of Kindness… ::grin::
Feel free to grab it! And if you ever need it, it will be waiting over there in the sidebar for you, too!
Thanks for being my fans!
The second set of Monograms is now in the shop! Here is Volume 2:

And you can also now get both sets together! Not only will you get all six alphabets and 12 clusters, you’ll also save $1.00 when you purchase the whole collection:

Now, I know you. You love freebies! Me, too! And let me tell you–it’s even more fun to give them out! I’ve made a little sampler for you that contains one ampersand in each of the six colors, along with two pre-shadowed clusters! Enjoy them:

And in other news, I’ve decided to leave the Sunshine Shop. I didn’t really have anything in my little section of the store anyway, just some collab kits that I’ve made with other Sunshine Girls. But I spent a huge amount of time on a million little behind the scenes things for the Sunshine Studio and it finally caught up with me—I felt like it was time for me to step down for my own sanity! It’s really hard to try to “do it all.” I don’t know why I keep trying to do it… LOL! So, when you hear that I’m not there any longer, it’s not due to any “secret drama;” It’s just that I got burnt out from working overtime. Thankfully, they have a new tech support person on staff to give them the help that they need, so that makes me feel good. I wish them the best!
So, anyway… here’s to happy scrapping! Thanks for listening and I hope you have a wonderful day!
