Creative Monday
Happy Monday, friends! National Scrapbooking Day is this weekend—are you getting ready for all the fun and excitement? I know I am! What a fun day it is each year. I know there are going to be a ton of things going on in the digi-world! One thing I’ll be doing to kick off the weekend is attending the Friday Night Chicky Chat at the Digichick on the 1st (starting at 10:00 p.m. EST). I hope I see you there!
Also, I wanted to let you know that time is running out on the Studio FEMNZ April Grab Bag! It will only be around until Thursday night (April 30th), so be sure to pick it up now!

The Sugarplum Recipe Challenge
Hello all – Niki here (aka bexy) doing my first blog challenge!! I hope everyone has had a great week!! Mine was busy, busy, but lots of fun! Now this week we’re going to do a ‘recipe’ challenge. That means that I’m going to give you all a list of ‘ingredients’ to play with so you can make your own delicious custom creation! The recipe is as follows:
- take 3 papers
- add 2 photos
- mix in one trim (ribbon, string, lace, etc.)
- sprinkle on 4 elements (hearts, flowers, brads, frames, you name it)
- and top off with some personalized journaling!
Here’s one from me…I used the NEW Strawberry Au Lait kit, Tough Stuff mini, Calico Harvest, and First Kiss of Spring on my layout:
