And here is another fabulous layout using 7th Avenue from Crystal. Looks like it could be the first page of an album. So cute!

And here is a gorgeous layout from Andrea using a little Confetti & Candy along with the Hybrid Printables freebie. What a great snapshot!

And then just to show you how the little details can change the whole feel of a kit, look at this soft and sweet layout from Rosanne, who also used the Confetti & Candy papers for her layout. I love they way she also combined two frames here:

Well, this week I’m determined to do it all! Even though I design digital creations, when I scrap for myself I mainly scrap with paper. And seeing that I know all the advantages that there are to digital scrapping, my layouts are usually hybrid layouts.

I’ve written two articles in the last two days on the subject and I wanted to share them with you! The first is an article on the Craft Critique blog. It’s mainly a review of my favorite little pair of scissors, called Paper Snips (more commonly known as Cutter Bees). So, I’ve been making a few changes in the shop. I thought I’d let you know about them! First, I took the papers and elements from both Confetti & Candy and Summer Sorbet and I’ve made them into whole kits, both priced at $4.00 (save $1.00 on each!):

And then, I’ve given one of my very first paperie packs a makeover! I created these papers back when I felt very inept with creating elements (so I didn’t even try). Here is the NEW 7th Avenue:

Well, I feel like I’ve been neglecting my blog. Sorry about that! I’m going to work on some fun things for you this week! Happy Monday! Wait–it is Monday, right? Because in my little world, it’s really last Friday. That’s what a mid-week vacation can do to you! Since we flew home on Wednesday, I haven’t been able to keep the day straight. I hope it wears off soon…
