Hi, all! I just wanted to stop in to say hello to you all! We are back home after a crazy trip (which I’ve started to blog about here) and it’s so good to be home! Now, to get everything put away and try to get back into the grove of family life.
It’s Monday, right? Ha! It’s Monday in my mind. Can you imagine what my poor little brain is going to think tomorrow morning?! This is the shortest week ever.
Stay tuned for another Scraplift Conversion challenge and template tomorrow on the Shanty’s Challenge blog! Until then, happy scrapping!

Kari! Congrats, Kari! You’ve won a $10 gift card to the shop! Happy shopping!
Well, it’s time for me to start my vacation! You know, there are always all those little things that need to get done before you leave… well, they are piling up on me! Eek! I need to get my behind in gear.
Hope you all have a great week! I’ll be sure to take lots of pictures to share with you. Lots of great scrapping material!
Happy scrapping!

Okay, if I put this post off any longer, it’s going to be time for Creative Tuesday! Oops! I’ve been trying to get all sorts of things squared away before we leave for Florida on Thursday.
Well, it’s looks like this week is a very blue week… China Blue, that is! Ha!
First, we have a beautiful layout from Katie using China Blue with a pinch of Vintage Paperie as well:
And here is a lovely layout from Daniela (love the paper circles!):
And then, just to mix it up a little bit, here is a RED layout from Amy, using Strawberry Café with a mix of goodies from China Blue and Summer Sorbet:
And lastly, I have this lovely layout from Rosanne, who is on our Sunshine Girls Creative Team!
Aren’t they all so lovely? Be sure to leave a little love for all these amazing layouts!
And please stop by tomorrow! I’ll be announcing the winner of last week’s “Ten Things I Love” contest. If you haven’t gotten a layout done yet, you still have until midnight EST to link me up to one! Here’s a great layout from Jessy, who played along using the Queen of Hearts kit with the freebie list:
Until tomorrow, happy scrapping!

Hello all! I was making a little freebie for you today when I thought of an idea for a challenge! I hope you’ll play along!
I have this habit of making layouts with lists “10 Things I Love Right Now” over and over again. I don’t know why! I guess I just love making these little “snapshots” of a moment in time. Do you like making lists like this, too? Well, here’s my little freebie for you:
DETAILS:
Contains one paper list
300 dpi, saved as .png file
Drop shadow for illustration only
Approx. 3 x 6 1/2 inches in size (shown here @ 15%)
Now, would like a chance to win a $10 Gift Certificate to the Sugarplum Shop? All you need to do is use this piece of digital paper to make your own list of things that you love right now using anything from Sugarplum Paperie (even the freebies). Once you’ve created your layout, upload it to your favorite gallery or your blog and then come back to this post and leave a link as your entry! One lucky winner will receive a Sugarplum Paperie gift card! And if we have over 50 participants, I will pick two lucky winners.
Be sure to leave your link for me by Midnight EST on Monday, April 7th. The winner or winners will be announced on Tuesday, April 8th!
Would you like to see the layout that I made? You knew I just had to make one, right? LOL!
…And now I am off to bed! Enjoy–and happy scrapping!
ps. I’m writing this post and setting it to show up near midnight. Since tomorrow is April 1st (April Fool’s Day!) and I don’t want anyone to think that I am playing a joke on them! No foolin’!

Okay, sometimes it’s hard to decide which one is my favorite: Mondays or Thursdays. When I was working a 9 to 5 job, I never would have said Mondays were my favorite days! But now that I’m a SAHM and a digi-designer, I love Mondays! Mondays mean that things at home get “back to normal” (weekends can be crazy and messy!) and I can get “back to work” doing what I love! And now Creative Monday posts are something I look forward to as well! I hope that they brighten up your Mondays, too…
First up, I have a “Gallery Standout” layout to show you, made by Amy! She used pieces from Vintage Paperie and Little Veranda:
Next, here is beautiful layout made by Katie using Sorbet Kisses along with a pinch of Summer Sorbet:
And here is a lovely layout by Tigz using some of the new Printed Paperie pack with Sorbet Kisses as well:
The girls have also been having a great time swapping their photos with one another just for fun! Here is a great layout with photos of Jill and her little guy created by Stephanie using Walking on Sunshine:
And here’s another great Walking on Sunshine layout by Kristin. Just look at these snapshots!
And here is another lovely layout by Shaz, using lots of pretty flowers from Grasshopper Kisses. Isn’t this sweet?
(And check out this great Grasshopper Kisses layout by Michelle, too: A Star Wand.)
Be sure to stop by and give these girls some love for all their awesome work! I hope that you are feeling a little scrappy yourself now. I know that I am!
Happy scrapping!

Hee hee…
Well, we knew it would happen soon, but after the Easter Egg hunt the day came TOO soon. I now have more newsletter subscribers then I am able to e-mail at one time (and yes, we’ve already had our limits raised by our hosting service). Eek!
Travis (the “Hubby” and “Tech Support Guy”) is working on some PHP magic–stuff that goes right over my head. The fix will allow me to e-mail the newsletter out again to everyone (hopefully next week). I guess we’ll just have to have another coupon in there to make up for all the trouble, huh? In the midst of worrying and being annoyed by the problem, it’s good to remember that this is happening because I have your love and support! Thank you for that. It makes me feel all warm and cozy inside!
So, yesterday, to take my mind off the newsletter, I decided to play around with my new Printed Paperie pack and I came up with this layout, which also uses pieces from Fashion Candy and Sorbet Kisses:

The boy seriously loves that little bear!
Well, that’s all for this week! I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Don’t forget about the $1.00 off coupon for Walking on Sunshine (see below)! And, as always, happy scrapping!

Just in case you missed the little surprise hidden in the Golden Egg (at the Sunshine Blog), we wanted to let you know about the following coupon:
Save $1.00 on the Walking on Sunshine Mega Collection! Just use this coupon code in the shop: SUNFUN
Enjoy! And happy scrapping!

There’s a little something that’s rather “newsworthy” in the shop today! Printed Paperie:
Just wanted to let you know! Now I’m off to scrap a little myself! If I come up with anything pretty, I’ll be sure to share.
EDIT: Okay! That didn’t take me long at all! Here’s my layout:
